Turmeric Vegetarian Quinoa
A 10 minute Power Lunch recipe to power through your week-days.
• Oil • Onion • Garlic • Ginger • Peas • Brocolli • Red bell pepper • Dry quinoa + Water • One teaspoon Turmeric extract • Black pepper • Curry powder • Red chilli powder • Salt • Coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:Cook quinoa as per packet instructions • Saute onion and ginger garlic paste in oil. • Add turmeric, curry powder, ground black pepper, red chilli powder and roast the spices in low heat. Add all the veggies and cook for 5 minutes. • Add cooked quinoa. Stir everything together, serve fresh.
